You can export video from a sequence in the form best suited for further editing or for a viewing audience. Adobe Premiere Pro supports export in formats for various uses and target devices. Here are the instructions for what we need. We will be using the H.264 file format as it is one of the more compatible one for many uses.
Make sure that you are happy with the editing of your project.
Do one of the following:
Make sure that the timeline is selected.
In the Project panel or bin, select the Sequence from which you want to export.
Choose File > Export > Media.
The Export Movie window will open with many different options.
The Format should be set to H.264.
The Preset should be set at Match Source – High bitrate.
Select Output Name and make sure to give your file a proper name, and select your project folder as the saving location and click save.
Click on Export, near the bottom of the Export window, and file will start exporting.
When it is done exporting, go to the folder and double click on the file to test it.
