CTA is now a Secondary School without a Boundary (SSWAB)!

Application Details

• The application for SSWAB can be found within the TDSB Secondary Out-of-Area Admissions application.

• The application opens on January 5, 2026 and the deadline is January 23, 2026 at 4 p.m.

Applicants can apply for:

• One (1) SSWAB from the following choices:

  1. • Central Toronto Academy (Let's goooooo!!!)

     • Central Technical School

     • Western Technical-Commercial School

     • Danforth Collegiate & Technical School

     • Northern Secondary School

• One (1) Out-of-Area option (OOA)

• Both (2) an OOA option AND a SSWAB option

Applying through the Out-of-Area Admissions SSWAB process is the ONLY WAY to have the opportunity to attend CTA.  Please mark your calendars!!
