Robot Design Update Using SolidWorks

For this project update, students are tasked with using their existing industrial robot design, originally done using SketchUp 3D, as a foundation for creating a robot assembly using SolidWorks. Because the concept, scale, and purpose of their robot has already been determined, the next phase will be to model and assemble the robot components. An added challenge will be to incorporate the ability to ship their design to any destination as a product that is compressed or collapsed into its smallest form rather than disassembled.
