This project consists of designing, drawing, and building a model that will perform the necessary function to accomplish a task.  Each team will finish their project in the allotted time period and demonstrate the effectiveness of their mechanism before the class and the instructor. The task is to create a model/mechanism that will throw, propel, sling, hit, or shoot a ping pong ball over a barrier and into 4 different targets. Power source allowed is rubber bands or springs.  The mechanism must fit within the maximum model size before the trigger is engaged.
