Adobe Visual Design I Honors

Course Description:

This course teaches Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, while also briefly touching on Adobe InDesign. Assignments start out small and are tutorial based, then progress to bigger projects with a lot more creative freedom. Students will also learn about principles and elements of design, typography, copyright law, and planning and executing projects. 

The ideal outcome will be that students become comfortable in the software and design process and pass industry certifications in Photoshop and Illustrator. This will show that they possess the skills and knowledge to take on and excel at real world design projects.
