Hope 4 NC Helpline

Those in need of assistance can call the Hope 4 NC Crisis Counseling Services Hotline at 1-855-587-3463 (FIND) anytime day or night. Trained Hope 4 NC staff are available 24/7 to listen and link survivors with counseling staff, who can visit in person or facilitate access to more intensive services as needed in their communities.

Hope 4 Healers NC

The Hope4Healers Helpline (919-226-2002) is a new initiative in partnership with the North Carolina Psychological Foundation. It provides mental health and resilience supports for health care professionals, emergency medical specialists, first responders, other staff who work in health care settings and their families throughout the state who are experiencing stress from being on the front lines of the state’s COVID-19 response. On August 17, 2020, Hope4Healers has been expanded to include educators and all school personnel and families.

Hope4Healers is also available 24 hours per day, seven days a week for people to reach out for support from a licensed mental health professional.
