Designed for property owners that have a management company in place, this package is meant to fill in areas property management doesn't typically address.

The report requires we do a full inspection of the property, including an inspection of the units. We will work with you and your manager to assemble the information so that you have what you need to control your property with ease.

Pricing: $200 per building plus $200 for each unit, $100 for an additional floor of units

• Physical binder AND the digital documents
• Building map and list of components
• Recommended maintenance schedule
• Unit walk-through and inventory list and interior measurements
• Maintenance schedule and checklist
• Property packet tailored for your manager

Additional Services:

• 360 Degree video of your property and common areas
• Blueprints copies from the city offices (if available)
• Demographic / Market analysis
