Background

Tci Building Services was formed with after a background of 12 years of physical oversight of multifamily property. These properties that provided the experience have been a combination of condominium complexes and apartments.

Scott, the founder of Tci Building Services, works in property management, owns his own apartment buildings, and works with separate management company to maintain those buildings.

Property investing and management requires a wide range of education and skills from an individual or team. Due to the many areas one needs to be savvy in, it is not a surprise that many building owners do not understand the systems of the building they own.

Tci Building Services was designed to help add value to our client's property with a plan to help maintain the physical value with a better understanding of the asset.

Scott has worked alongside specialized contractors addressing equipment break downs, structural failures, and insurance losses. Every instance has been a learning opportunity building knowledge to better protect buildings and the equipment that residents rely on.
