**Pay special attention to the events designated as ‘HIGH-RISK’. If you or another coach do not satisfy the qualifications outlined by OPASSE for each high-risk event you are UNABLE to coach your athletes in those events.

Championship Dates for 2026:
TDCAA Championships:
Friday May 8 (@ Birchmount Stadium) - Javelin & Discus
Tuesday May 12 - Pole Vault (TDCAA) @ U of T (Varsity Stadium). Event at 4:00pm, warms up beginning @ 2:30pm
Wednesday May 13 & Thursday May 14 (@ Centennial Stadium) - All Track Events + remaining field events (pole vault excluded)
Metro Championships:
Monday May 25: Pole Vault (Metro) @ St. Andrew's College. Event at 2:00pm, warm ups beginning @ 12:30pm
Tuesday May 26 & Thursday May 28 - @ Birchmount Stadium (All events except Pole Vault)
OFSAA Championships: Thursday June 4 - Saturday June 6, 2026 in St. Catherines (Niagara Olympic Club)

Mandatory Requirements/Forms for TDCAA 2026:
Eligibility – Completed online via the OFSAA HUB (speak to your AD/PE head) *should be done before first invitational meet. Use Varsity/Coed as the divisions to make one roster.
Online Entries – via trackdatabase (see above)
Entry fee – Cheque turned in at TDCAA registration on Wed May 13. (Fee Form)
Mandatory Forms for Metros 2025 (Finalized May 12):
Submission deadline: Due 48 hours before Metros - Sunday May 25 @ 9:00am
Submission format: All forms to be scanned and uploaded to the OFSAA HUB (Athletic Director has access). Select 'Register for OFSAA Event', select 'Metro Regionals' from the drop down menu.
All athletes advancing to METROS must be included on/complete the required forms:
Eligibility Roster - was completed for TDCAA, must be printed off, signed by coach, AD, principal, scanned and uploaded to the HUB. You do not need to delete athletes who did not advance to Metros.
Student – Waiver of understanding (One form per student. All forms uploaded into one file. Parent signature required)
Coach – Confirmation and Release (One form per coach. All forms uploaded into one file)
OFSAA Supervision Form
**OFSAA Supervision Form - Hard Copy also needs to be printed off, completed, handed into TDCAA convenor on Day 1 of Metro meet at Birchmount - Tuesday May 27.
Forms Not Required to be uploaded but should be distributed and collected.
