After completing your volunteer activity, you must complete the Record of Hours of Community Involvement form.
You can get the pink form from a secretary in Guidance/Student Services or it is also found on our website

- Fill in the form with the volunteer activity that you have completed.
- Supervisors of each volunteer activity you completed must sign the form.
- Hand the form in to a secretary in Student Services. The secretary will then record the information on your official school transcript.
- Ensure that your volunteer activity meets the Ministry requirements which are clearly listed on the website.
- Note: It is recommended that you start accumulating these hours well before your graduating year. You can begin the summer before entering Grade 9.
- The intent of this requirement is to benefit the community and to provide a meaningful life experience.
