Monique is a Toronto-born performer, choreographer, and educator with a BFA in Performance Dance from Toronto Metropolitan University and training from Wexford Collegiate School of the Arts. She has performed across Canada and internationally at events such as AfroNation, Dance Ontario DanceWeekend, AfroFest, and the Prime Minister’s Best Village Trophy Competition in Trinidad & Tobago.
Monique has collaborated with choreographers including Andrea Nann, Emilio Colalillo, Angela Blumberg, Lua Shayenne, and Natasha Powell, and has appeared in music videos and live performances with Canadian artists Akil Elijah, Charmaine, Shopé, Shad.K, and Sojiii. Her global experience includes working with Afrobeat artists Rema, Adekunle Gold, CKay, Kcee, and Zlatan, touring North America with Asake, and collaborating with Caribbean artists Destra, Machel Montano, and Patrice Roberts.
Trained in Hip-Hop foundations, Jazz, Contemporary, and Afro-Caribbean dance, Monique centers African-influenced styles in her work. As an educator, she is passionate about empowering Black youth through cultural connection, authenticity, and expressive freedom.
Greg is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher known for blending Afro and Hip Hop dance styles. Born in Paris and raised partly in Brazzaville, Congo, he developed a deep connection to music and movement early on. His signature style fuses traditional African rhythms with contemporary street dance, showcased on major stages like World of Dance, Afrofest, and the Toronto Raptors halftime show.
He created AFRO 101, a popular dance program exploring diverse African styles like Azonto, Coupé Décalé, Kuduro, and Ndombolo. Greg also co-authored the children's book My Happy Dance, using Afro dance to build kids’ confidence through movement and play. His latest project, Afro 101 HIIT, combines African urban dance with high-intensity interval training.
A passionate educator, Greg continues to inspire through performance, teaching, and cultural exchange.
Josh has danced and competed with championship teams including TPM, Renegades, and currently Sync and Flow Dance Company. His performance background spans prestigious competitions such as World of Dance (New Jersey & USA Championships), Hip Hop International, Choreo Cup PH, and numerous dance battles. His dance credits include performances with Disney’s Sneakerella, Toronto Raptors Northside Crew, Lupe Fiasco, Adidas, Owsmo’s, GMA Philippines, ABS-CBN, and more. Josh trained under Pyro and Glizzi as part of Footnotes Elite, and has taught at noteable studios both locally and internationally, including: ● Studio North ● Run The Flex ● Groove Central (Philippines) ● Nude Floor (Philippines) ● Millennium Dance Complex (Changsha, China) With a passion for sharing his craft, Josh pursues to inspire and grow the next generation of dancers.
