My Experience & Approach
With over a decade of clinical experience, including the past six years in private practice, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families through some of life's most challenging seasons. From healing the effects of trauma and managing anxiety to navigating grief, life transitions, and complex health concerns, I have worked in a variety of settings including early intervention programs, juvenile justice services, specialized healthcare clinics, and private practice.
My approach is grounded in the understanding that healing happens within the context of relationships—both the relationship we have with ourselves and the relationships we have with others. I draw heavily from attachment-based and trauma-informed therapies while taking a whole-person approach that honors the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual aspects of our lives.
Areas of Focus
Trauma and complex trauma

My Approach
Attachment-Based Therapy — exploring how our earliest relationships continue to shape the way we connect, protect ourselves, and make sense of the world.
Trauma-Informed Care — creating a space where healing can unfold with safety, curiosity, and compassion.
Whole-Person Healing — honoring the emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual parts of your story.
Creativity and the Arts — drawing from poetry, storytelling, literature, music, and creative expression when words alone cannot capture the fullness of our experience.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. All sessions are provided through secure telehealth services for individuals residing in Florida, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Above all, I strive to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and welcomed exactly as they are.
