I have always been fascinated by who we are as individuals and by the incredible ability of the human spirit to heal, adapt, and overcome.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have spent more than a decade walking alongside people from many different backgrounds as they untangle patterns, beliefs, and experiences that no longer serve them. My goal is not to tell people who they should be, but to help them reconnect with who they already are.

My own life has shaped the way I approach this work. I immigrated to the United States from Cuba when I was six years old, and I understand the beauty and complexity of carrying different identities, cultures, expectations, and stories. As a woman of faith, I have experienced both the goodness that spirituality can bring and the pain that can come when it is used to control, shame, or wound.

I am also a wife, mother, homeschool educator, and parent of children with special needs. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the many roles people carry and the quiet strength it often takes to hold them all.

In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches, lived experience, literature, and a genuine curiosity about what it means to be human. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and welcome.

Outside of my work, I spend time with my family, write poetry, and love to try new foods and cafecitos.

I look forward to connecting with you—not just as a therapist, but as a fellow human being navigating this life alongside you.
