During 2016-2017, we began implementing STEAM with PBL , the STEAM Lab and Makerspace. This year we noticed a dip in our attendance data. Research shows that whenever teachers and leaders implement something new, no mater how great and exciting it is, there will be an implementation dip. This is a dip in performance and confidence as one encounters new skills and new understandings.
