If you have multiple children enrolled in TCAPS, you can use the tabs in the upper left hand corner to toggle between your children.
Use the menu at the left to move through the pages of the Public Portal. We will highlight the three most commonly used tabs below, but you may find other items that are useful to you in this menu.
This is the default page that you see once you enter your username and password.
This page displays an overview of the student's most recent attendance and grade information. There is a legend at the bottom of the screen to explain the meaning of all of the attendance markings. The course names, teachers’ names, term grades and recorded attendance are also displayed on this screen.
Text items that are blue, grades, and the absences icon are all active links.
Parents now have the ability to fill out district and school forms through the PowerSchool Public Portal. Scroll down to view all available forms. There is a legend at the bottom of the screen to explain the meaning of all of the form markings.
Click a form to begin.
On the Balance page, you will find a link to the TCAPS e-Funds for Schools site. This is where you will pay for Extended Day and/or Preschool.
