Get started by downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android devices.
Sign In to the PowerSchool Mobile App
Open the app after installation and on the sign in page click on the blue “Where is my district code?” link.
The District Code for TCAPS is TGFL
Log in with the username and password you created.
Disclaimer: The free PowerSchool Mobile App provides access to grades at the secondary level, but we have no control over the app and its support issues. This app does not allow access to online forms and school/district communications, as those features are available only through the online portal at this time.
How to Navigate the PowerSchool Parent Portal Mobile App
The menu at the bottom of the app gives you access to the student’s schedule, grades from each marking period and semester, and access to individual grades in each class.
Classes
Click on the class grade, and you’ll see grades for the individual assignments.
Schedule
The schedule tab will show you the student schedule, meeting time, teacher, and room number.
Calendar
A dot underneath a date indicates that at least one assignment is due on that date. When these assignments are graded, it also shows the grades earned for the assignments due on that date.
