How do you help your children thrive through a pandemic? Dr. Borba explains why resilience, social emotional skills and especially empathy are more important than ever. Empathy is anything but soft and fluffy – it is an essential trait for our brave new world. Developing empathy must be put front and center on our parenting and educational agendas. The key for the future is a re-set on humanity and relationships, and understanding that empathy is a verb and empathy can be cultivated.
