During the school year of 2017-2018, Trisha remotely functioned as an Literature reviewer and Impact Measurement/Assessment Tool designing Intern for the Art Sparks foundation. The Art Sparks foundation is located in Koramangala, Bangalore. It is an educational non-profit organization that focuses on the development of 21st century learning and life skills through hands on, inquiry based, and sequential learning.

Tasks were:

• Assisting in developing an impact measurement tool
• Researching current practices and models for assessment in the arts, and helping develop a tool for assessment to measure the impact of arts-based learning on children
• Creating literature reviews on zero project, Artful Thinking, and Habits of Mind to develop a measurement tool
• Constructing performance based rubrics and checklists based on Habits of Mind and Artful Thinking literature research and additional research.
