1. Technology Lessons and Computer Applications:
Voice Pong
Voice Pong allows 1-2 players to face off in a regular game of Pong, except the controller is the singing voice! Set your vocal range and sing to move the paddles up or down. You may customize paddle size, ball speed, and colors! I have found great success with using this in the classroom. After playing for a while, students seem to have a better understanding of how to use their full ranges and their tessituras. Please find the trailer and download link below!

Max/MSP Lesson: Chord Inversions
I am a passionate advocate for using Max/MSP (or any other coding) to personalize lessons for students. Here, I showcase my Max/MSP patch used to teach students about chord inversions.
Virtual Choir Performances (conducted, mixed, and produced)
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many universities moved to remote learning. As the Bucknell University chapel's Director of Music, one way for me to provide music was to provide materials (conducting video, tracks, and a video lesson on the piece) to students and chapel staff to create virtual performances. I utilized Logic Pro X to produce the audio and Adobe Premiere Pro to craft the videos. I did the same for my first teaching position at Charles F. Patton Middle School. Additionally, I provided audio for virtual choir videos from Hofstra University and Columbia University. I had to learn a great deal about mixing audio recorded with phone microphones to make it sound as professional as possible.
2. Score Analyses/Rehearsal Guides:
"Ave Verum Corpus" and "Solfeggio"
These are my rehearsal plans for Mozart's "Ave Verum Corpus" and Pärt's "Solfeggio", created for my Choral Pedagogy class. In doing these projects, I learned how to format my thoughts in better form than my usual penciling into the score! In this portfolio is also a video of me conducting my choral ensemble in performing "Ave Verum Corpus" (in the "Content" section).
3. Compositions:
Forest Scenes (Score)
This is one of my latest pieces, showcasing my ability to craft instrumental parts, essential in adapting and creating music for the performers in front of me in a classroom. Here, I utilize the extremes of ranges in moments of climax, otherwise writing for comfortable playing.
