Week 8: Self-Care and Calming Room

Happy Friday everyone! What a wonderful day we had today, I hope you were able to enjoy some of the sun and warmth! As I took my long drive over to work today I saw people out walking, running through hose sprinklers, playing sports and doing yard work. Like many of you I am feeling disconnected from my normal routine and being with my friends. During this time I want you to remember to engage in self care! We talked about this last week too and how it is Mental Health Awareness month. Mental Health struggles affect so many people and some you don't even realize struggle and they do. I would like to challenge you to get outside this weekend and engage in something that makes you happy, that speaks to your heart and soul and makes you feel good.
