NCD Convention Registration ($95.00)
Included in the registration is the option to purchase a table for merchandise for your chapter. This must be done by a member of your chapter if your chapter intends to sell merchandise at convention. (You will need to have one member of your university register and be the point of contact )
Additionally, the application includes the option for a $15 convention T-shirt that will be received at convention
Registration for NCD Convention 2025 will close on Friday, March 21st at 11:59pm CST or 10:59 PM EST.
Late registration is $105.00 and you will not be guaranteed a banquet seat.
NCD Convention hotel room reservation ($149.00 per room per night)):
Registration for a hotel for NCD Convention 2025 will close on Wednesday, March 12th.
Internet is complimentary
Parking at the hotel is $10 per night per vehicle

NCD Convention Scholarship
The form below is to apply to receive one of three potential $115 NCD Scholarship Fund
This fund is meant to cover registration and provide additional money that can go toward travel, food, merchandise, or anything the recipient so choses
There are three scholarship options available
Membership Candidates and New Actives can apply for the "New Member Scholarship"
Delegates for their chapters for NCD convention can apply for the "Delegate Scholarship"
Any active sister of the sorority seeking financial support to attend the North Central District Convention can apply for the "General Scholarship"
Important Notes:
This will be in the form of a reimbursement. This means that you will need to front the money in some way, but you will be reimbursed at a later date
You may only apply to one scholarship. This means that a new member who is a delegate cannot stack their chances with all three scholarships
This form is due by March 1st, 2025 by 12:00 AM ET (aka Feb 28th at 11:59 PM ET)
Spirit Showcase
This year we will once again be hosting the Spirit Showcase after the banquet Saturday night. This is a time where schools can join together to sing cheers, play songs, and dance to songs from their University
You will need to have one member of your university register and be the point of contact
Members that attend are responsible for bringing instruments and music as needed to be able to showcase their school spirit
Fight songs and pep tunes are both welcome!
We recommend approximately 3 songs (likely a fight song included) at about 5-10 minutes in length for your school
Make it as exciting as you desire!
