tbonet Ticket System - Redmine
When there is a need to update information for a particular area, the Assigned Requester for that area should create a ticket in Redmine only in the following cases:
- updates to documentation outside of the scope of ISO.
- changes to team objectives or responsibilities.
- changes to the team’s e-mail addresses.
- changes to team members’ working hours.
