Multilingual Department


The Multilingual Department is responsible for the management and linguistic quality of  tbo.'s core language pairs, including QA ESfr, (with the exception of QA ES), which is performed via the training, monitoring, and coaching of freelance and permalancer QA Analysts to ensure that the required capacity and quality criteria are met. This area is also in charge of the Language Support department.


Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm GMT-3, 11 am to 7 pm GMT+7
