I am going to say my own opinion on this question because I couldn’t find enough information about this question. I believed that there is no difference between adults and kids should have different screen time this should be the same either way. As kids older, than 8 spend more time than the average adult does. In conclusion, screen time for adolecenes is getting out of control and I think you can decrease your screen time by being responsible this can include you doing chores at home, being responsible when your going on your device and etc. I will also be including my thesis and what I think is going to happen to my screen time in the future. My thesis is track screen time and set limits, and what I think is going to happen about my screen time in the future will 25% decreased and the other 75% will stay the same.
