Physical wellbeing is the ability to maintain a healthy life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without fatigue or physical stress. Physical wellbeing is also doing regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, getting adequate hydration, sunlight and fresh air as well as getting sufficient rest and a good sleep. Physical activity can also bring health benefits including a elevated mood and reduced stress as well as healthy eating also can improve mental health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, social well-being and so on. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and through adulthood. It is hard to counter most of the feelings you get such as stress and anxiety, all you can really do is noticing and facing emotions when they arise or talk to somebody.

An example of social wellbeing is being your true self at all times, engaging with people in your community, treating others with respect, maintaining and building strong relationships with friends. Social wellbeing also affects our physical health. People with meaningful social relationships and good social connections tend to be happier, healthier and even live longer than those who don't.

Many of the behaviors associated with overall wellness are key components of spiritual wellness. Examples include volunteering, being positive and optimistic, helping or contributing to society, connecting with others, feeling a sense of belonging and practicing self-care like doing regular exercise. Spiritual wellbeing also means to relate to our sense of life-meaning and purpose.
