My seventh Inquiry went ok I think this was because I was only there on the first day and didn't have too much to do, however I did play a crucial role in managing everyone else, and their roles.
The Business Challenge Inquiry was really useful as it taught me how to operate a business, employes, and develop an idea very quickly.
.
One of my goals was to help my team achieve a high standard by working on this goal it helped me to improve my learning because it taught me how to lead others to a successful job.
The goal I did the best with was helping my team achieve the reason it went so well was because I am a good leader, I was telling others to make a logo, be a marketing strategist or financial advisor.
I was a bit frustrated with how one goal went because my team was annoying, and it was difficult to keep them on track, as because I didn't know them, and didn't really want to come off as mean.
Next time I will try to enforce through telling the teacher or just doing it by myself, this will help me because it gets them to do their job or gets the job done.

e.g. Test results, teacher feedback, parent feedback, peer feedback, your own explantion of things you did etc.
1 I hope to learn to value my work management, doing my work instead of slacking off and then having to finish it in my spare time.
2 I want to get better at taking notes and listening so I know exactly what to do.
3 Mentally I want to get better at focusing in class
4 For kaitiaki I would like to help others more so I can guide them to a better academic journey
