My Mental and Emotional well-being is good because in school I have lots of friends which makes me feel like I am not alone. It also makes me feel appreciated in my school. I have caring and supportive parents who help me if I need help with something. Biking on the weekends with my dad lifts my mood.
Taha Tinana-Physical wellbeing
My physical well-being needs work because I don't do enough exercise. I try to bike with my dad every weekend at the moment. I should try to exercise more to be healthier. When I exercise it makes me feel like I have achieved something.

My spiritual wellbeing is good because I believe in myself and try to always be polite. My beliefs are that you should always treat others with respect and be polite.
