I like to play sports. My favorite sports are hockey and water polo. These sports are very good for the physical side of my health. I also eat healthy so I don't eat out to avoid fast food and sugar. Although that does not mean I don't eat a lot I have to eat a lot so I can grow because it is hard to grow without food. I sleep a good amount. I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 7am so I think I sleep a good amount for my age. All those combined gives me a lot of energy and strength.
I sometimes meditate, but most of the time i don't so i have to make sure that i get enough sleep so that i don't get grumpy and annoyed so i go to bed at the right time so that im happy and energetic enough . mostly keep a good positive attitude but i get grumpy when i get tired or hungry
I find it important when you met people for the first time you should get to know them and what they're like and what they normally like. I also socialize with my family mostly at breakfast and dinner.
I also have some great relationships with my old class mates
I don't believe in any religion. I mostly believe in science and facts but i have studied other religions like catholic and Muslim but just make it simple. I just keep to good old facts although i don't mind joining in other peoples religion
