To demonstrate effective communication a manager needs to: If any of the team is away, tell the people who are not away, who are missing so the subs and coaches can work around it. Communicate when the next game is, and what time/field. Get in touch with players if the game is canceled

He has to communicate very well with his team for them to succeed. He has to organize all of the flights to their games, and have to communicate to each person in the team about information on their next game.
