5-10 minutes of reading daily - you choose the book you want to read.
Record the title of what you have read in your reading journal.

Learn the first 10 words from your Essential Spelling List - practice writing them down.
Get someone in your home to test your spelling at the end of the week
If you get any wrong, relearn them the following week along with new words to learn (up to 10 words per week in total)

This year we thought it might be a neat idea to use what is in our gardens to make a piece of art and then take a photo of it for the calendars. It would be a nice reminder of all the different learning and activities that you took part in during this lockdown. This link will show you some ideas to get you started. Once you have created your masterpiece, simply take a photo of it (in landscape) and email it to me.
Spend 10 minutes each day in a quiet place. Centre yourself - straight spine, soft belly. Make sure you are comfortable. Notice your breathing and be present in the moment.
