This Year’s KINMUN Committees and Agendas
Each committee will tackle two key topics, with debates and resolutions unfolding over the two days of the conference.
General Assembly 1 (English and French)
Human Rights Committee
At KINMUN, the Human Rights Committee focuses on protecting and promoting fundamental human rights around the world. Delegates represent countries to debate challenges such as unequal access to healthcare, refugee welfare, and discrimination, working collaboratively to develop fair and practical solutions while strengthening their skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and critical thinking.
Security Council
At KINMUN, the Security Council is a high-level committee where delegates address urgent international security and humanitarian issues. Delegates represent countries to discuss conflicts, healthcare system insecurity in crisis regions, and gender-based violence, collaborating to develop actionable solutions while honing diplomacy, negotiation, and crisis-management skills
Crisis Committee
At KINMUN, the Crisis Committee offers a fast-paced, dynamic simulation where delegates are chosen at random to respond to rapidly evolving scenarios and urgent global challenges. Participants must think critically, negotiate quickly, and make strategic decisions to resolve crises effectively, developing advanced problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills.
