Sports, Field Trips, Off-Campus, and Overnight Trips

Participation in school-sponsored trips is a privilege. Each student is responsible for making up the work for the classes they have missed due to a school-sponsored trip. The student is responsible for informing teachers in advance of the trip that they will be absent, and for completing their work in a timely manner as determined by the student’s teacher(s). All student-athletes are provided with extensions for any academic work/assignments/tests that they may miss whilst away from campus representing TASIS England at ISAA End of Season Tournaments. However, any student requesting an extension must have communicated and agreed to this with their teacher and/or the Upper School administration in advance of travel. Students who are on Academic Probation or Monitoring, Disciplinary Probation, or who have excessive school absences may be denied participation in school-sponsored trips at the sole discretion of the Upper School administration.
