Mobile Telephones

Use of mobile phones and mobile phone technology is not permitted during the academic day or co-curricular activities. This includes all lesson times, lunch times, study periods, passing time between classes, and clubs, sports, or activities. Use of mobile phones or mobile phone technology for any purpose will result in detention and may result in confiscation of the mobile phone by the Dean of Students, or further disciplinary consequences. Boarding students should leave their mobile phones in their boarding houses and day students should leave their mobile phones at home or switched off at the bottom of their bag for the entirety of the academic day.
