Industrial Production Line

In Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, we installed a juice bottle manufacturing line to demonstrate the concept of CustoMate, a.k.a. One-piece Manufacturing with Individualization Solution (OMIS) in the context of Industry 4.0 implementation. Figure below shows Five (5) major processes / stations of assembling juice bottle:

• Loading: to load different volumes of empty juice bottle into the line

• Filling: to fill up the empty bottle with different composition of ingredients

• Capping: to load and capped the filled juice bottles

• Labelling: to print and stick the label stickers on the juice bottles

• Packaging: to package and unload the completed juice bottles.
