E.T.

This is our ET, which stands for Everything Today. This is kept at the server station and must be read and signed by all employees prior to the start their shift. This is very important as it is our primary means of communication between the Management Team and all of you. The ET consists of beers that we are out of, new beers that we recently added, specials for the day, plus any and all notes that are relevant to the day.  If you have questions about anything on the ET, please ask your MOD before starting your shift.
