2024 Membership Form
Applications for Fall 2024 were sent through email and closed for 2024. If you would like to apply Spring' 25 and want to be on the email list to receive it, contact our secretary at tadmcsecretary@gmail.com
Kit
Common kits will be provided to the membership.
Dues
You can pay dues online here
Choose between One Semester Dues ( $50 per semester) or Full Year Dues ($95 per semester)
Dues go to paying for membership credentials, venues, refreshments, and providing extra supplies
Current Members (Fall 2024 Dues)
Current Members who want to pay for only One Semester Dues (Fall 2024) must pay Dues by 09/22, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST or Full Year Dues (Fall 2024-Spring 2025) must pay Dues by 09/22, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST in order to continue as a member for the Fall 2024 semester.
Deadline for dues have passed. However, if you find that you still haven’t received a link to pay, please contact our Treasurer, Kaushik Ramakrishnan at ksr1234@tamu.edu

Refund Policy
New members are eligible to receive a refund prior to the first week of meetings (member induction date)
After the induction date, members will not be eligible to receive a refund
Prior to the first week of meetings, a member may choose to not participate during a specific semester and apply their dues to another semester
For example, a member, inducted on April 19th, 2018 and having paid their dues for the Fall 2018 semester, will have until the first week of meetings to transfer their Fall 2018 payment to the Spring 2019 semester. Once they have transferred their payment, they will no longer be able to attend any activities/receive any membership benefits and resources until it is the Spring 2019 semester.

Missed Meetings
Members who missed meetings are expected to fill the google form by each Sunday by 6PM of that specific meeting week. Failure to do so and failure to notify officer of such situation will result in officers unable to contact members and any liability/responsibility will not be held upon the officer. Below is the link to the google form.

I will exhibit veracious effort and confidence upon accepting my position.
Ultimately, to authorize this covenant to the highest capacity, I will indorse our Constitution via my singular inscription.
