Here I learned core concepts in programming through the use of the programming language Python. We worked on many introductory projects including calculators, games like tic-tac-toe etc.

The most memorable project from this class for me was our final project, where we made a roleplaying battle game using Python. This project in particular was a little difficult to work on, primarily because it was a group project, and the idea for the game was not mine to start with. It taught me a lot about good collaboration, and gave me good experience with clarifying with others on what the end product needed to look like. These are valuable communication skills necessary for working with clients in the future, and I'm glad I had the chance to not only practice coding logic, but also those communication skills for the future.
