The goal of the Undergraduate Internship & Research Partner Program is to help students become career-ready through impactful, real-world experiences. As Aggies, RWFM Students are expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic, communicate effectively through written and oral means, be knowledgeable about their coursework, be able to work independently, receive instruction and feedback well, and be physically capable of performing work duties.  

Undergraduate Students who are eligible to participate must have an approximate GPA of 3.0 or higher, have skills related to their track,  and be engaged in a professional society.
