Our target audience for this project is college students who want to learn more about the functions and benefits of GenAI platforms such as Gamma. Due to the vast backgrounds of college students, this instruction guide must cater to students who do not have much knowledge of GenAI or tech, while not losing the interests of those who are well-versed in the world of GenAI and technology.
When reading our website, the audience will expect our project to be understandable, concise, and well-researched. Including well-written, step-by-step instructions paired with visual aids will ensure the website is easy to navigate and understand. Some potential challenges the audience may face when interacting with Gamma and our instruction set may include navigating the interface, understanding how to prompt effectively, and avoiding overreliance on the tool. These issues will be addressed in our project's instructions and literature review sections. Specific methods we could use to highlight these problems further include troubleshooting tips, examples of possibilities and limitations of the platform, and tips on how to use the platform without relying on it.
