My educational journey is part of a long line of educators and people who value education. My great-grandmother knowingly gave up her inheritance of the family farm so she could attend Baylor University in the early 1900's. Her daughter, my grandmother, graduated from Baylor in 1933. My other grandmother also graduated from Baylor in 1952 and so, so many (including me) have followed. I had the extreme good fortune to share this life with Professor Robert L. Reid, Baylor's first master teacher, as well as with a most wonderful administrator Dr. Martha Lou Scott. Now in my Texas A&M University journey, Dr. Debra Fowler so masterfully mentors me. And in her own way, my wife
Dr. Meg blazes so many educational trails and inspires me to do the same.
