The Certificate Program is open to undergraduates from ALL colleges.
It requires a minimum of 18-credit hours in designated courses, each of which includes engagement in authentic research. There are no prerequisites to join the program, but the first course (VTPP 123) is only offered in the Spring.
Although designed as a 4-year program, research credits (285/485 or 291/491 credits) with a faculty mentor can be arranged in the summer. If you are a current sophomore, please see the Entering the BRC as a Sophomore section.
