I am a first-year student at Texas A&M, but I have sophomore (U2) status. Can I complete the Certificate Program. Yes, it is possible, if you plan to attend for four years. If you plan to graduate within three years, it would be necessary to register for 6 credit hours of research during the summer or during your senior year.

The required courses include 6 credit hours of Research with a faculty mentor. Who can I work with? Students are expected to identify faculty who will mentor research for credit (285/291/485/491).
