ANNOUNCEMENT: Presentation only submissions do not require draft papers, therefore they are promoted to the next stage. Second stage submission only applies to draft paper submissions.
For the final submission stage you will upload your final presentation once it opens November 15th.
Registration/Submission Information for Authors
At least one of the authors of an accepted presentation or paper must register for the conference, even if the author is a student.
Each registration is valid for one person and covers the presentation of one unique paper only.
If an author intends to present multiple papers, there is an additional fee of $300 per paper (if no other authors for the additional papers have registered for the conference). No more than three presentations are allowed per individual with additional paper/presentation fee.
For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings, it is mandatory that one of the authors or co-authors presents it at the conference.
Abstracts are not published in the conference proceedings, only papers will be.
All papers will be peer reviewed and must be 8 - 12 pages in length. Here is a link you can access the paper template: LINK TO TEMPLATE.
Deadline to Register:
All authors must register by April 1 for their presentations to be included in the printed conference program schedule.
