We acknowledge that the U.S. government shutdown may present difficulties for authors who are government employees. Once the shutdown has concluded, we will work with you to ensure that your paper/s is/are submitted at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions or concerns related to this, please do not hesitate to contact the conference chairs.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Presentation only submissions do not require draft papers, therefore they are promoted to the next stage. Second stage submission only applies to draft paper submissions. 

 For the final submission stage you will upload your final presentation once it opens November 15th.
