Registration/Submission Information for Authors

• At least one of the authors of an accepted presentation or paper must register for the conference, even if the author is a student.

• Each registration is valid for one person and covers the presentation of one unique paper only.

• If an author intends to present multiple papers, there is an additional fee of $300 per paper (if no other authors for the additional papers have registered for the conference). No more than three presentations are allowed per individual with additional paper/presentation fee.

• For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings, it is mandatory that one of the authors or co-authors presents it at the conference.

• All papers will be peer reviewed and must be 8 - 12 pages in length. 

Deadline to Register: 

All authors must register by April 1 for their presentations to be included in the printed conference program schedule.
