Final Grades

We want to inform you of how to check for your official final grades for the semester. 

Final grades are not listed in Canvas. However, if you feel there is a discrepancy between what is in Canvas and what is listed on your transcript. We encourage you to contact your professor. For more information on Official Rules for Grade Disputes please see Student Rule 48. 

Final Grades for a course can be any of the following: 

A, B, C, D, F, I, S, U, X, Q, W, or NG

To find your final grades, please log into your Howdy Portal and go to the My Dashboard tab. 

Once in the My Dashboard tab, select the My Record Dropdown menu. From here, you can select either View Grades or Academic Record & Planning. 

 On the View Grades page make sure the term at the top is selected for the term that has just completed. 

On the Academic Records & Planning page scroll down to the semester you want to see the final grades. This is basically an unofficial transcript view of your grades and academic career.
