The Order of the Arrow is ran by its youth (under 21 years of age). The adults (over 21 years of age) serve as mentors, coaches, and trainers for the youth.
The Chapter is led by a Chapter Chief, elected by the youth Arrowmen, to serve a term of 1 year.
The Chapter Chief is assisted by a Chapter Vice Chief. Other Chapter Vice Chiefs may be appointed as needed to serve the needs of the Chapter. The Chapter may elect other positions as needed, including a Secretary and Treasurer.
