TALLMADGE FAMILY SUPPORT REQUEST

Have a need in your family or know of a family with a need?

Fill out the form to the right. The purpose of this form is to give our Tallmadge families with school-aged children a safe place to request support or assistance for basic needs. If you know of a family who may need help, you can share that information here as well. Once we receive your request, either Mr. Gambow or Ms. Dauberman (our School Counselors), will reach out to you / the family you submitted. We will do our best to connect you with resources and help in any way we can! *Responses will only be seen by our School Counselors and School Administrators.

If you feel more comfortable discussing the need over the phone, you can contact us at the number below.

(330) 633-4515

Ms. Dauberman ext. 3260

Mr. Gambow ext. 3261

Mrs. Lee ext. 3262

We truly believe we are a community working to support one another, and there is no shame in asking for help when needed!
