Registration for Mandarin Courses at
NC Taiwan Center in Raleigh

Course Cost
Tuition $250 for each 12 weeks of 36 hours course section ( Saturday morning - 2 hours in person class, 1 hour online class).

Cash / Check via in-Person or Mail
Please write the Check to: RCLS/TCML , and if you need mail the check, please mail the check to the following P.O.Box.
Online Payment via Zelle: tcml@ncrcls.org
For the 2022 Fall semester, TCML will start to accept online payment via Zelle, but due to our bank agreement, there will be a service charge per transaction. To offset the cost, students choice use the Zelle online payment methods, please add $5.00 for each transaction. For a future refund request, the refund amount will be minus off $2.50 if chosen via online payment.
When Zelle the payments to school, please slowly process through the transfer and utilize the memo section for adding the following information to your Zelle transfer.
Student name (if you’re paying for multiple students, please key in every student's full name with a space in between the names, since no comma or period is allowed in the memo.

If your bank does not have memo section or if you forgot add the memo while during the Zelle process, please email to tcml@ncrcls.org with all the information above AND the transfer reference number, but due to additional process time, please expect 48~72 hrs for the response, and we are not able to expedite this process due to limited staffs.
