What makes a community?
What if this community was in a never before reached place?
What if this community had to bring everything with them?
Who would go?
What would they bring?
How would they manage themselves when they got there?
The way we get from one place to another is just as important as the destination itself.
Why are we going there?
How will we go?
What happens if something goes wrong along the way?
Who will go?
A driving question (DQ) is a Project Based Learning must-have! It is an open-ended inquiry that guides students’ thinking and learning. The DQ sometimes outlines the project’s purpose, audience, and product.
Engaging for students. It is understandable and interesting to students, and it provokes further questions and focuses their inquiry process.
Open-ended. There are several possible answers, and it cannot simply be Googled.
Aligned with your learning goals. To answer it, students will need to learn the targeted content and skills.
